Working at Freshview
Freshview offers a very casual work environment right near the beach in southern Sydney. While we're focused on creating awesome software, it doesn't mean we can't have a little fun at the same time. All our staff get free catered lunches, the best equipment available and most get their own private office.
We offer very competitive salaries along with bonuses and regular pay reviews, but we think it's the little extras that make the difference.
A great office environment
Instead of a cramped high rise, our offices are located across from a park with a decked out kitchen, ping pong table and plenty of space for everyone. We've invested heavily in creating the nicest work environment possible, including closed offices and tasty catered lunches for everyone. The fridge is always full of free soft drinks and snacks, which you can work off on the office ping pong table.
We also organise other events during work hours like golf days, ten pin bowling, tennis and a cool drink at many of the fine local establishments (um, pubs).
Only the best equipment
Every employee receives all the gear they need and more. Whether you're a developer or working with our customers, you can expect dual screens, wireless everything, extremely comfortable chairs, the latest version of any software you might need and a library of books and other resources.
Training and conferences
We encourage every member of our team to keep their skills up to date and regularly attend conferences and specialist training. If the training isn't local, we'll put you up in a quality hotel nice and close to the event. When we're not attending conferences, someone in our team is often speaking at them.
Flexible working hours
Depending on your position, you can usually work the hours that suit you and your lifestyle. 9 to 5 isn't a hard and fast rule at Freshview, as long as you get the job done well. We rarely do overtime and almost never work weekends.
